Our engineers work in tandem with client engineers to develop PCBs that deliver exceptional performance and reliability. SCL engineers understand that both RF and Space PCBs are critical and functional sub-components, not just a method of interconnect. SCL hold extensive experience in these fields, this is supported through a large data-base base of proven solutions, builds and recipes. As there are often long lead-times for exotic materials, we also hold an impressive stock of substrates for RF, Microwave, High Frequency and compliant Space-Flight applications.

We use the latest technologies, materials and production equipment to create RF PCBs that achieve their required RF, filter and antenna properties. Each PCB structure is meticulously produced and tested for compliant functionality, repeatability and reliability. In addition we have developed process technologies unique to Stevenage Circuits that provide our clients with market leading products.

Space: Our PCBs are used within a number of current satellites (UK, US and European). SCL are also active on a number of new space programs.

SCL RF PCBs are used in: high frequency communications; microwave and satellite communications; radio telescopes; base station amplifiers; TR modules; medical implant and astronaut telemetry.
